Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams on software development and digital marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and data analysis using industry-standard tools
- Assist in creating content for client presentations and project deliverables
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Shadow senior professionals to understand business operations and client management
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Present project findings to stakeholders during weekly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred (client site visits required)
