Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis for local tech startups
- Support product development cycles through user testing and feedback collection
- Coordinate community outreach events connecting startups with Kansas City businesses
- Create data-driven reports on regional tech trends and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing campaigns
- Participate in weekly innovation sprints with industry mentors
- Document project milestones and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any major) with graduation date between Dec 2024 - Aug 2025
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in entrepreneurship, technology, or business development
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during May-August
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local client meetings)
- Experience with social media content creation a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US
