Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to develop software solutions and digital products
- Contribute to agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze data sets using Python/R to generate actionable insights for product improvements
- Participate in innovation workshops and hackathons to solve real-world business challenges
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly project documentation
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior interns and participate in peer learning sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 3.0+ GPA with demonstrated academic excellence
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Available for 10-12 week commitment starting June 2023 or Fall 2023
