Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Assist in optimizing company website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Utilize social media channels to promote open positions and engage with candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze key performance metrics.
- Support the HR team with onboarding materials and candidate communication.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or content management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keywords.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer.
