Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal employees via phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain network inventory, ensuring accurate asset tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot connectivity problems and network anomalies.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare briefs for team review.
- Support the organization of IT training sessions and user onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT operations, networking, or technical support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (optional).
