Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using modern frameworks (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and reports
- Collaborate in agile teams to design and prototype new product features
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly documentation
- Participate in cross-departmental innovation sprints and hackathons
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Maintain version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited university program (Sophomore/Junior/Senior)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA in STEM-related coursework
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++ preferred)
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 12-20 hours per week during summer/fall semester
