Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry, filing, and administrative support during weekend shifts.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on weekend coverage.
- Support the event coordination team for weekend client meetings and internal training sessions.
- Perform quality assurance checks on ongoing projects to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Conduct market research on local competitors within the Illinois market.
- Update and maintain internal databases and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
