Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and management of the facility during peak weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, and balance daily deposits.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and organization of products.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests.
- Support special events and promotional activities that occur over the weekend.
- Complete administrative tasks and reports as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (minimum 2nd year preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- A valid US work authorization and ID.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
