Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor weekend system deployments and maintenance tasks.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal clients during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting for weekend operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements for weekend operations.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate logs of system performance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CRM software is a plus.
