Responsibilities
- Support the weekend operations team with inventory management, stock audits, and order fulfillment.
- Assist in processing incoming data and maintaining accurate digital records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on daily reports and logistics data to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure team efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal stakeholders regarding weekend schedule inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer session.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
