Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to weekend technical support tickets and customer inquiries with high accuracy.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for weekend operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the full-time operations team to ensure seamless weekend coverage.
- Monitor system performance logs and identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all weekend deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer and fall semester.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
