Responsibilities
Assist the operations team in monitoring daily workflows and performance metrics during weekend shifts.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM and database systems.Support the customer service department by addressing weekend inquiries via email and phone.Conduct research to identify trends and assist in preparing weekly reports.Collaborate with senior staff to troubleshoot basic technical issues and improve processes.Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
