What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks and workflow management during weekend shifts.
- Monitor and update inventory systems to ensure accuracy and stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors visiting our Wichita location.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend scheduling and resource allocation.
- Prepare weekly reports and compile data for management review.
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
