Responsibilities
- Support weekend development cycles by assisting with code testing, debugging, and documentation
- Contribute to agile sprints by preparing test cases and reporting bugs in JIRA
- Analyze user data using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights for product teams
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal stakeholders
- Participate in weekend sprint retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with remote teams via Slack and video conferences during weekend shifts
- Present project findings to senior engineers during bi-weekly sync meetings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with exposure to version control (Git)
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and data manipulation techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in testing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) through Fall 2024
