Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations through scheduled on-site shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Assist with software testing, documentation, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups and retrospectives
- Track project metrics using internal dashboards and reporting tools
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Available for consistent weekend shifts throughout summer/fall term
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
- Must maintain 3.0+ GPA
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
