Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during weekend shifts.
- Assist the operations team in maintaining accurate data records and filing.
- Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to weekly project reviews.
- Conduct research on local market trends to support business strategies.
- Support administrative tasks and general office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
