Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate candidate databases.
- Support weekend recruitment events and on-site coordination.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential talent.
- Manage and organize digital filing systems and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external candidates.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and software tools.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
