Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend workflow management and execution.
- Support data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Conduct market research to identify trends relevant to our business units.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
- Help maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Monitor system performance logs and flag potential issues to senior staff.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
