Responsibilities
- Support weekend operational activities including client communications and project coordination
- Assist with data analysis and reporting using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate on cross-functional team projects for major summer campaigns
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and social media content creation
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with department heads
- Document processes and create operational improvement recommendations
- Represent the company at weekend community events and pop-up activations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Interest in business operations, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Must arrange for academic credit approval with your institution
