Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with weekend operational tasks and system maintenance.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop and refine project documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions on Saturdays.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in a related field (Tech, Business, or Marketing).
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
