Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations including data processing, system monitoring, and quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones within sprint cycles
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives to optimize team performance
- Support software testing cycles and bug resolution documentation
- Analyze datasets using Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders during bi-weekly reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (Sophomore-Junior standing preferred)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8-16 hours/week)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (coursework or personal projects acceptable)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
