Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend operational tasks under supervisor guidance
- Support cross-functional projects in marketing and operations
- Compile and analyze data using Excel and reporting tools
- Participate in weekend team meetings and strategy sessions
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base
- Collaborate with interns on special weekend initiatives
- Present findings to department heads bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in business operations or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license (for local travel if needed)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
