Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and digital engagement on weekends.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining the company CRM database.
- Engage with clients and customers during weekend events and phone rotation schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights.
- Help organize and execute promotional events and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support to department heads during office hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Available to work 12-20 hours per weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer knowledge.
- Enthusiastic attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
