Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations with 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Participate in client-facing weekend events
- Document processes and update project documentation
- Shadow senior team members during peak weekend hours
- Contribute to weekend system maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in team settings
- Interest in tech/business operations fields
- Valid driver's license (client site visits required)
- Nebraska residency preferred
