Responsibilities
- Assist the IT and Operations teams with weekend system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Support client onboarding activities and answer weekend inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and office supply management.
- Attend and document key weekend meetings and project updates.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting is a plus.
