Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations through data analysis and reporting
- Assist with QA testing for mobile applications
- Collaborate on cross-functional weekend project teams
- Document technical processes and update knowledge bases
- Participate in weekend client demos and feedback sessions
- Monitor system performance during weekend operations
- Shadow senior engineers during weekend on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any major)
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Interest in technology and problem-solving
- Valid driver's license for occasional campus errands
- Must be able to commit to 12-20 hours weekly
