Responsibilities
- Support weekend community outreach programs across Miami-Dade County
- Assist in planning and executing local events and workshops
- Manage client databases and maintain accurate documentation

- Conduct community needs assessments and compile feedback reports
- Support volunteer coordination and training sessions
- Participate in weekly strategy and progress review meetings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in community development or social services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
