Responsibilities
- Support weekend operations for cloud infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Assist in QA testing for mobile applications and software deployments
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Analyze performance metrics and generate optimization reports
- Participate in weekend hackathons and innovation workshops
- Shadow senior engineers during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a STEM-related bachelor's program
- Availability to work 12-16 weekend hours (Sat/Sun) throughout summer
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
