Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain weekend IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams using ticketing systems
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches during off-peak hours
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend project deployments
- Participate in bi-weekly innovation sprints to improve operational efficiency
- Support data backup and recovery processes during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and system administration
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 12-8 PM
