Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with weekend administrative tasks and data entry.
- Monitor and update social media channels during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct basic SEO research and keyword analysis to support marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone and email.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital project archives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
