Responsibilities
- Support local nonprofit initiatives through research and outreach coordination
- Assist with event planning and community engagement projects
- Conduct data analysis and prepare impact reports for partner organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop community solutions
- Manage social media channels and digital content creation
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops
- Document project progress and maintain stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. college/university (any major)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Availability for 15-25 hours/week during summer term
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Interest in community development or social impact fields
- Valid California driver's license (preferred for outreach activities)
