Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Team: Support daily office functions including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Project Assistance: Participate in ongoing summer projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and preparing presentations for management review.
- Customer & Client Support: Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional service and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute local community events and team-building activities in the Las Vegas area.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and contribute to the company’s social media channels to increase brand awareness.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions and shadow senior staff to understand industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High school diploma/GED accepted for some positions).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over a long work history.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Las Vegas, NV or be able to commute daily.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Attitude: A professional, positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
