Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Assist in developing market research reports and competitive analysis documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development initiatives
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Support project management tasks including documentation and stakeholder communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during summer/fall semester
- Authorization to work in the United States required
