Responsibilities
- Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, code, and debug software applications.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data to support strategic business decisions and identify market trends.
- Support Data Analysis: Help maintain and interpret databases, creating reports for management.
- Attend Team Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly brainstorming sessions to stay aligned with project goals.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and update project wikis to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and HR teams to support internal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
