Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions to team discussions.Support data analysis and reporting tasks to drive informed decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure project momentum.
- Document processes, code, and project outcomes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices in software development and project management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or relevant technical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
