Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support business decisions.
- Shadow senior staff members to understand industry best practices.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions to enhance professional skills.
- Help organize and coordinate company summer events and team-building activities.
- Manage social media accounts and draft content for internal newsletters.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide general support to the office.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
- Ability to commute to Miami, Pennsylvania.
