Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized reports and presentations.
- Support the coordination of summer events and client outreach activities.
- Prepare documentation and meeting materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Observe and learn project management workflows and business development strategies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited institution.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 weeks during the summer session.
- High school diploma or GED required (current college student preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
