Responsibilities
- Assist faculty and staff with academic program development and curriculum support
- Participate in student outreach and recruitment initiatives
- Conduct research and data analysis for institutional improvement projects
- Support administrative operations in student services or academic departments
- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to enhance student success initiatives
- Document internship progress and complete learning objectives
- Attend professional development workshops and networking events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college/university program
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit through your institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer term
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Previous internship or volunteer experience preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain departmental tasks
