Responsibilities
- Support development of educational software products
- Analyze user data to improve learning outcomes
- Create content for student engagement platforms
- Participate in cross-functional project teams
- Document processes and maintain project wikis
- Present findings to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Complete academic credit documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited U.S. college/university
- Must be able to arrange academic credit through institution
- 3.0+ GPA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or data visualization tools
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (June-August)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
