Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily technical support requests and ticket resolution.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for department operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and shadow senior staff to develop technical proficiency.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for the internship.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer break.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
