Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions and applications.
- Development: Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for various projects under the guidance of senior developers.
- Research: Conduct research on new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Testing & QA: Participate in quality assurance processes, including debugging and testing applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and API specifications.
- Communication: Attend regular team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and present progress updates on assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) and web development fundamentals.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic database knowledge is a plus.
- Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the summer internship (June - August).
