Responsibilities
- Software Development & Support: Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient code and debugging existing software solutions.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making and product strategy.
- Project Management: Support project managers in tracking timelines, updating documentation, and coordinating cross-functional team meetings.
- User Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to improve the user experience.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, and internal newsletters.
- Technical Documentation: Contribute to technical manuals, API documentation, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) or marketing tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues under guidance.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
