Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with digital campaigns, SEO strategy, and social media management.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends specifically within the PA and OH regions.
- Support the software development team with coding, testing, and debugging core applications.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and data visualizations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May–August).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a group setting.
