Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement visual merchandising strategies and drive sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Support team initiatives and participate in daily briefings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or college program (Summer 2024).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
