Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools and industry trends.
- Support the SEO department in optimizing job descriptions and company web content.
- Manage and engage with candidates across various social media platforms and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule daily intake meetings and team updates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and social media dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn the recruitment industry.
