Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Support the logistics team with inventory organization and tracking.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekly team meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week during summer.
