Responsibilities
- Support software development teams in coding, testing, and debugging
- Analyze data sets and generate actionable insights for business decisions
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels
- Collaborate on UX research initiatives and user feedback analysis
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Create documentation for technical processes and project deliverables
- Shadow senior engineers to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or digital analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Authorized to work in the United States
