Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in developing and executing daily social media campaigns.
- Analyze daily website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors in the Boston area.
- Prepare and present daily reports to the team regarding project progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage and update project databases and client information systems.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be available to start immediately for the Summer/Fall season.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms is a plus.
