Responsibilities
- Assist in the acquisition and retention of new clients within the Nashville and Ohio markets.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business development strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement promotional campaigns for summer events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Represent the company at local community events and university career fairs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work during the summer months (June - August).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation for potential field assignments in Ohio.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
