Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers on full-stack web applications using React and Node.js
- Conduct user research and create wireframes for mobile-first designs
- Analyze datasets using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Develop technical documentation and API integration guides
- Present project progress to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Mentor junior interns on development best practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall terms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Figma (based on track)
- Strong portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects
- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Interest in Portland's tech ecosystem
